He has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including General Manager of several 4 and 5-star resorts and Regional Director of Operations for a luxury resort chain. His extensive experience in the industry has given him a deep understanding of the intricacies of managing high-end properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Stephen has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of resort operations, including Guest Services, Food and Beverage, Human Resources, Engineering, Landscaping, Spa, Programming, and Recreation. He is an expert in creating and implementing luxury resort experiences for guests and is known for his ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service. Stephen is skilled in financial management and has a proven track record of delivering strong financial results.
